  I had placed an order on 5/3/14 for the next Sat(5/10/14) for 5 pizzas. I had asked for them to be done no later that 1:45pm due to my daughters party being at 2pm. My total for the pizza's was $41.?? and when I arrived at 2:15pm(yes I was late picking them up) Not even 1 pizza had been made because they misplaced the order. It took them an additional 20 min for me to get them. I then had to go the party and come back to get them in that 20 min. My husband is stationed at Barksdale AFB and we had heard great things about the establishment in Grove, Ok and decided to use them for the main dish at the party. I would have been completely fine with them being cold because I was late getting them. Instead when I contacted the Manager(after 4 attempts) she said that the Large Cheese stick was supposed to make up for the order they didn't even have ready when it was called in a week a head of time. I will be posting my experience on the web and other places around the town when we go back to visit and let people know of the horrible service and management. I was fine with having in store credit for my mom(since she was the one who paid for them and lives in the area). While I was there on site the 10th and the shift leader tried contacting the manager(her mother) to resolve the situation and got no response. Nor did the manger contact my mother to explain what was going on with the refund or resolving the situation. She admitted she just threw the number in the trash and didn't bother contacting her.
